This home is outstanding! First, the location is perfect - just 2 blocks to both Seaview Ave and Inkwell Beach AND Circuit Ave and the shops and restaurants. It was fabulous to be able to pack the beach buggy and walk to the beach during the day and walking into town for ice cream at night - no worrying about parking or traffic!

While the location alone would make this house 5 stars, the house and the owners are gems! The house is lovingly maintained and extremely welcoming - it is even better than the pictures!. There is a spacious front porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The large dining room table was ideal for board games and the large living room had plenty of seats for late night movies and relaxing. The outdoor shower was a family favorite and beach days ended with the girls debating on who would get to use that shower first. We used the very well stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. There was plenty of rooms for multiple chefs to join in. The pantry has plenty of storage and a beverage fridge. We grilled most nights and ate at the patio table, under the sparkling string lights.

The owners, David and Jennifer are amazing hosts! They are quick to respond and ready to provide assistance. The TV broke during our stay and they made a trip on the ferry with a two-wheeler to replace (despite our insisting that it was not necessary). They said they wanted our stay to be perfect.

This is an amazing home for creating magical family vacations! We have rented elsewhere but have found our forever rental.
