    We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for 30+ years and purchased this home in 2015. We welcome you as our guests and hope you enjoy a relaxing vacation!

    What is special about this property?
    Fantastic water views over Crystal Lake and Vineyard Sound--you can see West Chop and watch all the ferries coming from Woods Hole and see sailboats and fishing boats from the living room, dining room, deck and bedrooms. The outdoor deck is great for relaxing, dining and watching spectacular sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and it is a short walk, bike ride or drive to Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven.

    What is special about your town?
    Oak Bluffs: Victorian ''gingerbread'' Cottages, Ocean Park, Flying Horses carousel, Main St boutique shopping and restaurants, Reliable Market (groceries), ferry arrivals and departures
    Vineyard Haven: Main St shopping, bookstore and restaurants, Stop&Shop, Net Result fresh fish market, Main port for ferry arrivals and departures
    Walking, biking, good public transit
    Martha's Vineyard is a wonderful vacation island, offering many beaches, sports, shopping and dining opportunities. Very good biking trails, wondeful cultural and arts events in the summer season. Lots of activities for both adults and kids.
