WE stayed at this lovely home for a week in July and found it to be a beautifully appointed, well located home. The furnishings are comfortable and offer multiple spots for families to spread out- outside, in a screened porch, or in the cozy living room. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and fresh , offering very comfortable mattresses and a light, beachy decor. The downstairs bedroom was great for the 'grandparents" in the group- having a nearby bathroom and offering a comfortable mattress and large windows looking out onto a beautiful garden. The kitchen and adjacent pantry have everything you'll need to prepare a meal on those nights when you stay in. An outside area with a spacious seating area, new gas grill, and oversized make it a perfect place to relax. Also, the owners are extremely accessible and helpful- even the slightest issue will be addressed immediately. show more show less

What a delightful vacation. My family cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to spend time at this lovely oasis on Martha's Vineyard.

The house was charmingly updated with all the amenities you could want. The setting is surprisingly private so close to Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs- with a gracious large back yard with patio for grilling and dining. We were delighted to spot deer passing through in the late evening and early morning.

Late evenings were also spent playing games on the screened in porch - one of the nicest features. A very sweet spot... We celebrated our 34th Anniversay during our stay and thanks to the joy this brought my whole family I dare say we may have to make it an annual event. show more show less

We have been going to Martha's Vineyard for many years and have stayed at this property every time. We have always enjoyed and had a great experience with the owners. It is a quiet street and has 2 indoor showers and 1 outdoor which my family really enjoys. I would recommend this rental and we have already reserved for next year.

The owners of this property exceed expectations with their care, maintenance, and responsiveness. Highlights include the large yard with beautiful gardens, gas grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Inside you'll find a welcoming living area, fully-stocked and modern kitchen, and lovely screened porch for relaxing and entertaining. The bedrooms are all of decent size and the master bedroom is quite large.The owner was extremely responsive whenever there was a question or need for assistance. The location is central to both OB and Vineyard Haven and an easy walk to public transportation if needed. A very comfortable, quiet, well-cared for home which I hope to call my MV summer address once again in the near future. show more show less

My family had a wonderful time staying in this surprisingly spacious vacation cottage. It had a very home-y feeling to it, and plenty of room for all of us. The kids could walk in to town for ice cream or donuts at night. It was quiet, peaceful, and yet felt connected to the great energy of the town of Oak Bluffs. We recommend this place for families looking for a home away from home on Martha's Vineyard!

My family and I have stayed at Jonathan's home for the last few years and enjoyed it so much! The home is clean and cozy and has all the amenities you could need. The outdoor patio and fenced yard is perfect for morning coffee or night time drinks. The yard is a great place for our grandbabies to play. We especially enjoy the large screened porch for family dinners and relaxing. Jonathan is always available for any problems or questions. I would highly recommend spending a week there!
