Perfect family retreat. Wonderful mix of formal and informal gathering spaces. Including porches and fire pit. Separate suite areas for multiple households . Several bedrooms have in room sinks. Multiple family rooms even multi bed " grandchildren" bunk type bedroom. Wendy and Bull were professional, flexible and very easy to work with. Even did a late night, WiFi tech support call with us when our panicked college student was hitting deadline for virtual learning . They have anticipated all family vacationer needs, kayaks, bikes, two full kitchens, well appointed , very clean and up to date. Sincerely felt like home.

This amazing house far exceeded all of our expectations. After visiting the island for 16 years in a row and staying at the same place, we were nervous going to a new place this year to carry on our family tradition. Especially during the pandemic! Thankfully, Wendy, the owner, made it easy to prepare, and the house had everything we needed and more! The house is wonderfully spaced with room for everyone to do their own thing but also has cozy gathering places in the outdoor patio with firepit and the large tables on the deck and in the living spaces for sharing meals. Whether you want to stay close to home and play tennis or kayak or head out to the beach, the house is fully equipped with everything you would need. They have beach towels and chairs, kayaks, fully equipped kitchens and a game closet full of all the favorite popular games. The house is in beautiful condition with recent major upgrades to the bathrooms and a new stone firepit. In addition, Wendy was fully accessible for all my silly questions, made us feel at ease before going, and apprised us of anything that was happening with the house, such as lawn maintenance. I will definitely pack lighter next time because everything is accounted for in this fully loaded MV retreat. show more show less

Spectacular! After visiting the Vineyard every summer for 31 years and staying in several different houses, this was the best by far!! Wendy thought of everything in this house to make anyone's stay comfortable. We had twelve of us all week and more than enough space to not be in each other's way. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and private. You can see from the moment you walk in she thought of it all. We could walk to the fresh water pond or the saltwater pond. It was so peaceful. We kayaked, played tennis, rode bikes, went fishing, played games, grilled and enjoyed family time. The house was so clean. We loved that everything from linens to beach chairs, bikes, fishing poles and games were all there as promised. The kitchens were stocked with blenders, pots, pans, toasters, crock pots and everything you could need to be comfortable. We enjoyed that it was situated between Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and Vineyard Haven and only a short ride out to Menemsha and Gay Head (Aquinnah) Anything we had questions about, Wendy was quick to respond. I truly can't say enough about how happy we were with everything! You really do feel like you have all the comforts of home and none of the stress! You won't be disappointed! show more show less
