Welcome to the Yellow House in Oak Bluffs. We have a roomy, comfortable, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home less than a 2 minute walk to beautiful Lagoon Beach! Right on the bike path, this relaxing retreat is also perfect for biking anywhere on the Island. Tranquility awaits you at this wonderful house! A large Air conditioning unit cools the first floor and each bedroom has its own AC unit. Beautiful large family room with cathedral ceiling and 75'' TV added in 2023. We specifically price our home so that our guests feel as if they are receiving good value for the cost.

Enjoy everything Martha's Vineyard has to offer while relaxing in serene comfort. With an open floor plan, updated furniture, fixtures, and entertainment, this home is the perfect place to get away from it all this summer. With four full bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, and 3 full bathrooms, you can enjoy the New England summer with plenty of room to spare. First floor includes: open kitchen with island, dining room that seats 8, living room with 2 sofas and a 55'' TV, new large family room with 75'' TV with plenty of seating and a queen bedroom. The first floor bedroom is attached to the full bath. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor: the master queen bedroom with an en-suite full bath (updated in 2024), TV and access to the sun deck; a queen size room; and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a large hall bathroom with the washer and dryer. The amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need.
There are 4 wonderful outdoor spaces which include: a rooftop deck with seating and lounge chairs, a 32 ft. screened in deck with a dining table for 10 and L-shaped seating, the side yard has a patio and seating, and in the front of the house is a farmer's porch with rocking chairs. Enjoy being outside all the time!

For your convenience we have 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, grass mats, beach toys and games and different size coolers for you to bring to the beach.

The home is located literally steps from Lagoon Beach, which is visible from the front yard and road, and the bike path is less than one block away, with direct routes to Oak Bluffs downtown, as well as Vineyard Haven.

Flexible check in dates
6 night minimum at all times, but if you prefer a few more days, that is possible.
