It boasts 6 bedrooms, three full newly renovated bathrooms, one half bathroom and has a lovely private outdoor shower! The recently renovated kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering around the large custom farmhouse table. It's the perfect home for a long family stay on the Island to soak up some time with friends and family. Beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for all. Views of the sound and harbor. Back patio with plenty of seating to eat outdoors with grill as well as large side yard.

There is a spacious cozy living room and seating area for family gatherings. The first floor has a large brand new master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom as well as heating and air conditioning. Upstairs there are two large master bedrooms, each with king beds, a new large bunk room with two sets of bunk beds perfect for kids and has heating and air conditioning, one room with two twin beds, and a third floor tower room which has a full bed and heat and A/C. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. There are two newly renovated full bathrooms upstairs. The new front bathroom has a large shower and double sink and the rear bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. Television, cable and wifi throughout the house! Full washer and dryer are in the back utility room. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Our home is perfect for two families or one large one. Also a great getaway for friends to gather. Located in the sought after neighborhood of East Chop brings tranquility and privacy but offers proximity to all amenities on the island!     We decided to make a last minute trip to the vineyard and catch one of those phenomenal September weekends the island is known for. When we came across this listing we connected with Mike and Lori, got our questions answered immediately and booked. The home was everything we could've asked for. Updated with the amenities we've grown accustomed to and yet still carried over the old charm of the original house. We also found it to be in a really convenient part of town. Perfect blend of privacy and location. Close enough to walk into town but also didn't have your neighbors peering right into your bedroom window.     Amazing home on a Magical Island

    We were grateful to all reunite as a family and we spent a beautiful week on this fabulous island in the best house. The owners have taken great care to preserve the historic charm of this house while updating it with well appointed bathrooms and a kitchen that was gorgeous, and functional for a large group. We ranged in age from three years old to teenagers (the bunk room is perfect for them!) to adults. We all had enough space to spread out, be together, and enjoy our all too short week! The location is close to the water, a beach, restaurants, ice cream (our teens enjoyed rating each one), the carousel and many other things. The beautiful porch was our favorite spot to relax, read a book, enjoy each other and a coffee and cocktails and convene for our daily island itinerary! You can't go wrong with this gem.     Off season is one of the best times to spend on MV - we did a couples weekend and had a blast! The house was perfect for several couples with plenty of space for porch nights and an amazing kitchen for gathering. Wound highly recommend this home for families or friends to gather!

    After decades of visiting the Vineyard with family and friends, we purchased our Dream Catcher in 2012 to have a place to share with our children for generations to come. Our home is our treasure and we love sharing it with people who enjoy the tranquility of the island and all the wonders it has to offer. We are New Jersey residents when not on the Vineyard. We rent our home May through October and each year enjoy updating and renovating.

    What is special about this property?
    When you walk onto the porch, you immediately fall in love with the house. It's our perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening while watching the ferry pass in the ocean. Our sought after location provides a quiet neighborhood thats walking distance to the beach and town. Our goal is to provide each person who stays in our home the true feel of the Vineyard with all the amenities you are looking for when creating a fun family visit. A newly renovated kitchen is the hub of the house with much room for all to gather and enjoy cooking and eating at our custom farmhouse table. Memories to be made in our Dream Catcher!

    What is special about your town?
    Oak Bluffs is a prime location on the island with many wonderful restaurants, attractions and beaches to accommodate all your fun activities for a vacation. Our home is walkable into town - and right to the Flying Horses, as well as groceries, great shopping, and the incredible harbor. The beach is about a 5 minute walk to Jetty Beach which accommodates our small neighborhood of East Chop. Our home offers views of the ocean and the quiet of Each Chop - just minutes from the hustle and bustle of town.
