    This property is an outstanding place to stay for a number of reasons. Its location is spectacular, with a short stroll to the beach (one block) or the center of Oak Bluffs. The house is comfy and roomy, with a nice wrap-a-round porch. Parking is easy, which is unusual in this neighborhood. We highly recommend this location.

    Charming, Cozy, Convenient

    My first stay in Oak Bluffs was in 1958, staying at "Mrs. O'Brian's" on Circuit Avenue. Since then my family has grown and we have stayed at various houses which we found suitable...including a former B & B on Pequot and two other homes all in Oak Bluffs. But this year we were able to find a Charming house on the week that we wanted. The furniture and furnishings were so accommodating, and the outdoor shower was an added dimension. We were so happy with this house which was so convenient and cozy as well as charming. Our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and left with a sense of "Hopefully this can be our new "Summer Home." If one is looking to spend some time on Martha's Vineyard, you should choose this home, but not on our week. : ) You're gonna love it!.

    Priceless Memories

    Four generations (18 months- 89 years ) made priceless memories this summer at this spacious home! Amenities include an expansive wrap around porch, on- site parking, an outdoor shower and friendly neighbors.....all within walking distance of the beach, Ocean Park and the harborfront! We will be back next summer....our highest endorsement!

    Had another great time in this wonderful house. We have rented it annually for an autumn weekend for nearly 25 years. It has the perfect location for shopping, beaches, public transportation, walking, biking, you name it! Just hanging out on the front porch watching the world go by is heaven.

    Summer Vacation

    I'm writing on behalf of my family and mother Beverly. This is our 2nd year vacationing at Rosemary's house with my family. My mother Beverly loves the house and location. She can get to where she wants in walking distance, and that's wonderful, for she is 79 . My son and wife and my granddaughter love that we can all be together yet have enough space for everyone without bumping into each other.     Convenient and Comfortable

    My sister, Dolores, and I have owned this home since 1985. It is the quintessential Victorian Cottage. All the rooms are large with high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own entrance which affords privacy. This home is the perfect Vineyard living for us. It's close to the beach (you can experience an early sunrise) and easy bike riding on the quiet streets. It is also just a walk down the street to the grocery store, ice cream parlor, gift and clothes shopping and dining!

    What is special about this property?
    What is really special about this home is the full and large wrap around porch with plenty of seating for a large group. The other special feature is our backyard. We have a whole lot behind us, which extends to the next street. Room for off street parking and still room for games and outdoor eating.

    What is special about your town?
    Oak Bluffs has everything. It's centrally located on the island. With bus service to all the towns. Wonderful and eclectic shopping, ice cream parlors, side walk cafe's, fine dining restaurants all on our main street. We have a children's arcade on the main street, Circuit Ave. We have a playground for young children and tennis and basketball court all walking 5 minutes. Down at the harbor, more shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Circuit Ave and the harbor are all within 5 minute walking distance from our home. You actually do not have to ever get in a car! But then there is so much on the island to see. Ocean Park, practically out our front door, is 7 acres of green and flowers. It features summer concerts and room for strolling, flying kites, throwing around a frisbee or just sitting.
