We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming rental home in Oak Bluffs, and it was an absolute delight. This cozy, well-maintained antique cottage provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation on Martha's Vineyard.

The exterior exuded quintessential New England charm with its classic Oak Bluffs accents like the Ocean Peel balcony and siding scallops, with extremely convenient location to the ferry terminal, Circuit Ave and Ocean Park, setting the tone for a relaxing getaway.

The interior of the home had an antique charn, with tasteful and comfortable decor and ample natural light. The living room was a comfortable retreat in between island adventures and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed using the mini-splits for both heating and cooling as the off season week had large changes in weather.

The bedrooms were cozy and thoughtfully appointed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The property's location was superb, just a short walk from the bustling Oak Bluffs downtown area and the beautiful Inkwell Beach.

The owner was accommodating and responsive from initial inquiry, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. They provided us with local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

In conclusion, our stay at this Oak Bluffs rental home was a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Our Family stayed in this wonderful home this Fall in October 2022. The home was clean, spacious and absolutely charming. ...plenty of space for our family. It's located right in town and near the beach. Wonderful correspondence with the homeowner. Highly recommend!

This was me and my families first time staying in Martha's Vineyard and we loved this house! The house slept 10 people very comfortably, and was an amazing location with easy walking into town as well as to the beach. I could not recommend this house enough, everything you could need with great location and for an amazing price point. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was our first time in Martha's Vineyard and it won't be our last for sure. This house is a gem! This home is 'KIDS" friendly, we took all four of our kids. The older ones enjoyed having their own bedrooms, Yes! This house has 5 bedroom, one in the first floor which easier to use by my babysitter. Even my 10 month old baby had a place roam around. This place is 3 minute walk to a playground, a bike path that takes you all the day to Edgartown. The beach is about 5 minute walk, same as restaurants and coffee shop. One of the things that I like the most was the hidden backyard surrounded by mature trees. We grilled a couple of times outdoors! One thing I would ask for next time is a hammock ... Just kidding! Our family has been returning to this house for many years. It is in a perfect location and is a comfortable and spacious house to relax at. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry, beach and town, and centrally located to easily travel to other parts of the Vineyard as well. The house itself meets our family's needs and allows plenty of space for privacy. We look forward to this vacation each year and highly recommend it to others.

This past summer we had the 20th summer vacation for our extended family in this property, and we've already booked for next year. Our children have grown up going to what they call the "beach house", and won't hear of going anywhere else for summer vacation. Now they are grown and bring husbands and boyfriends to carry on this wonderful tradition! Our daughter got engaged at the beach house right in the front yard with all of us around because her husband to be knew how special the place was to her! Our family likes to spend the day at one of the beaches, late afternoons on the back patio, and in the evening the adults often stay around the large dining room table telling old stories and discussing world events. We love the house itself and its proximity to the center of town where we can get morning coffee, evening ice cream and trips to Back Door Donuts (a favorite for all ages). Over the years we have found all the best spots to get our island favorites from food to the best place to take the annual family picture. After all these years, the family tradition continues and we count the days until we all meet there again. show more show less
