Private dirt road, yet near two bike paths and public transportation. Bright, central AC, spacious, well-maintained for the perfect romantic get-away or family vacation. On 1-1/2 acres, overlooking a large lawn bursting with wildlife, especially bunnies! One mile to both Edgartown center and South Beach, 2 minute walk to bike path and buses which will stop at the end of the road.Cathedral ceiling, hardwood, and tile throughout the house. We didn't want to deal with mold, mildew and dust mites! New Trex decks (no splinters!) off the childrens game/living room and the other three decks plus outdoor shower are mahogany. There is a big three season screened-in porch with a table that seats 12 plus and there are also stools at an eat in counter in this room. LARGE mahogany outdoor shower to view the stars as you shower. Three full bathrooms and a powder room off the kitchen.Large mowed yard with lawn games supplied. The basement has a ping pong table , toys, games and a razor for riding for perhaps rainy days? Fully equipped, w/d, internet,cable tv, c.d., vcr, even lobster and clam pots! Childrens toys, games, books galore with a new area containing hammock, outdoor swing in the perfect tree, and small pools. This was a big hit with our multi-ages grandchildren! Sliders open to porch with large grill outside off deck. Huge new addition built in 2018 and the rest of the house was fully renovated. Lovely landscaping with established plantings. Some baby furniture, jogger and play pack.

We are about 7 minutes from the General Store where, every morning, my family would walk, bike, jog for fresh coffee and breakfast and sit on the expansive outdoor porch to see the world go by. Close by is our faverite family restaurant, the Right Fork Diner, where you can eat outdoors adjoining a small airstrip located next to a farm and watch the small planes or even take a ride yourself in a Red Baron plane! read more show less
