My family and I stayed at Al's gorgeous MV home in July. The house was beautiful, super ideally setup, and very clean. It was a perfect balance of feeling fresh and new with a cozy feel. We absolutely loved it and are already planning to come back next year. The house is equipped with everything you need and has pockets of kids toys throughout which our littles loved discovering. This was our 21st year coming out to Martha's Vineyard. My husband and I would come out and camp with friends. Now that we have a family of our own, we've been renting out here for the past 10+ years. This was, by far, one of our favorite homes. We enjoyed nights by the fire pit after long beach days and movie nights watching Jaws. Thank you for sharing your home and helping us have another memorable year on the Vineyard.

Our family recently spent a splendid week at his lovely home at this home. The property was spacious, clean and had lovely decor. Some of our positives: closeness to beach and bike path (and katama general store!), 4 bathrooms plus outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grill and fire pit, washer/dryer in the main house AND east wing. Lovely yard, deck and gardens-visited occasionally by a lovely family of turkeys and bunnies, that was a sweet treat! The owner was very pleasant to deal with, incredibly responsive and has the house stocked with all the necessary items to ensure your stay is comfortable. Thank you for a lovely Vineyard Vacation week. We made great use of the stock-piled games, great reads and enjoyed the backyard smores and songs by the fireplace. The sun-dappled outside shower was a favorite after long days chasing (or being chased by) the salty South Beach surf. This was our first foray to this lovely island for our family and we hope to return soon. Best wishes.

We have been staying at this lovely home for years and just returned from another visit. We love Martha's Vineyard and the Katama neighborhood where this house is located is our favorite. It is quiet and beautiful and just a quick ride or walk to town or the beach. The house is spacious and comfortable and has a newly renovated kitchen. The outdoor space is gorgeous and I can never decide whether to sit on the lower deck, the upper deck, or in the screened in porch. All are great spots to watch the butterflies and wait for the turkeys to pass by! The kitchen and laundry are convenient and we usually choose to eat breakfast at home as well as one or two other meals as everything we need to cook is provided. This home is an absolutely fantastic rental. It is spacious well appointed clean and tidy. The wonderfully newly remodeled kitchen has absolutely everything that an avid cook could require. The grounds are beautiful with lovely plantings, beautiful outdoor seating, and a great fireplace pit for after dinner fireside chats. The owner is very responsive, easy to work with and has really gone out of his way to make sure his home is welcoming and comfortable for his guests.
