My family and I had best week staying at this home in Katama. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every aspect of the house, from sitting on the deck at sunset, swimming in the pool, and enjoying our meals in the kitchen.

The house itself was immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

One of the highlights for us was the outdoor space and pool. The pool got sun throughout the day and there were enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone to lounge and relax.

Throughout our stay, the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

We would highly recommend this house to any family looking for to stay on the Vineyard.

We've been coming to the Vineyard for 30 years. And this was the best house - in the best location - that we've ever stayed in. We had in-laws visit and friends with little ones. And everyone had their own private space and felt pampered and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed the whole summer!

We had a fantastic week at this absolutely stunning home in Katama. It's been recently renovated with beautiful, thoughtful finishings and excellent flow for a large family. Our party was 3 families with 4 young kids, and the house was perfect for us. The location is very private with beautiful views of the Katama Airfield as well as the ocean at South Beach. The closeness of South Beach is perfect for quick beach visits, and the pool was equally lovely when we didn't feel like going anywhere. The owners were super communicative and made everything easy. We hope to be back!

What a wonderful Katama home that looks out across the farm at the ocean! This home was perfect for a family vacation with the in-laws. There were plenty of bedrooms, such nice finishes, and a great pool to cool off in. This property also has a nice breeze off the ocean since it's just farmland between the home and the ocean. It's just a short distance from the bike path which was great too!

Our annual family summer pilgrimage to Katama has been going on for over 30 yrs and staying at this home topped the list. The layout of the house was very well thought out. Very spacious and comfortable while taking full advantage of the incredible views across the Farm Institutes' pastures to south beach. The pool was a highlight for the kids especially if it wasn't exactly a great beach day. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed cooking and having meals together then relaxing on the deck. We highly recommend a visit and can't wait for our next stay!!

Our extended family loved our recent stay in Katama. This home is beautifully appointed and has ample space to accommodate a large group. The owners' attention to detail (e.g. a double coffee pot and two dishwashers!) made meals a breeze and enhanced our time together. The pool was a hit with the kids and there is ample yard space for games. Even though South Beach is minutes away, we had a hard time pulling people away from the pool to visit the beach!

We recently had the opportunity to rent this wonderful beach house to celebrate several milestones. Together for the first time for more the 2 days we recognized my daughters 20th wedding anniversary, my sons 15th and my beautiful wife's and my 50th. Through in our oldest grandsons 18th birthday, his brothers 16th and a house to accommodate everyone. It was a week to remember. The house provides privacy when wanted yet great space to gather. Everything is perfect, comfy and homey. Beach is down the street but why leave, we had everything we needed right in front of us. So happy with the entire experience. Thank you Emily.

We had an amazing week in Katama at this beautifully renovated house. Pictures don't do justice to the views from the kitchen/living room. We cherished spending time with our family on the deck and in the pool. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kids absolutely loved their bunk room with adjoining TV room.

A magnificent home in a superb location between South Beach and Town. This elegant home is specious and has all the latest amenities and comforts for a high end family vacation.

The beautifully expansive situated deck overlooking Katama Farm was an extraordinary place to watch sunsets and stargaze at night. The owner, Emily, was very responsive, as well as accommodating and answered all of our questions. The time spent at this extraordinary home will be part of our life time summer memories.

Spectacular home! The house is beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and upscale. The living room with enormous kitchen overlooking wide open fields and lovely sunsets is perfect for group cooking and gathering. The bedrooms are very comfortable and set apart so everyone felt they had privacy. We loved the heated pool and poolside grill. The location is terrific - about midway between Edgartown and South Beach - each a short bike ride away on a protected bike path. It was a perfect retreat for our multigenerational family gathering. We had a fantastic week and dream of coming back

We spent two weeks in July at this home with one other family. We were five adults and six children. This house is the perfect escape for families vacationing together. Layout was very unique and allowed for plenty of room for everyone. The beds are super comfortable and it felt very child-friendly, but still luxuriously upscale. Location was ideal! Close enough to ride bikes to the beach or town. And sunsets were incredible! The saltwater pool was also great after a day at the beach. House had everything we needed to fully enjoy our two weeks and owner, Emily, was also very responsive. I could not recommend it more highly and would go back tomorrow if I could!

This place is like walking into an HGTV dream property. This home is so comfortable for our family and spacious. The design features and attention to detail are like no other. The location is perfect with views of the Farm Institute, farm silos and ocean views from the top floor. The pool is a great feature as well as the outdoor space to use for reading, playing games or watching the sunset every night. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there.
