This three-bedroom Mattakesett townhome is just a 5 minute walk to beautiful South Beach - in a quiet setting with wooded views to the rear and Katama Farm across the road. Two miles to Edgartown Village for shopping, restaurants and harbor, and there's a bike path the whole way.

The home is fully furnished and outfitted, including wifi and cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill. Use of Mattakesett pool, fitness room and other facilities is included. Kitchen and master shower have both been recently remodeled, and living room furniture all new this year!

    This is our ninth summer owning the property. I spend about half the summer here with my two children, and make it available for rent the rest of the summer. We live in London, so it is great to have a summer home in a professionally managed community for peace of mind.

    What is special about this property?
    I love being so close to South Beach, my favorite beach on the Vineyard, but still within easy access of the other beaches and Edgartown. Having a pool is nice in the afternoons as well.
