Enjoy the spacious deck that stretches across the back of the house overlooking a nicely landscaped double lot. 6'x6' Outside shower is accessible from master bathroom and deck.

Sengekontacket Pond is located at the end of the road. There is a public launch area for a kayak, canoe or small boat. The bike path is located at the end of 13th Street. State Beach is a mile away, downtown Edgartown is 2 miles away. Easy access by bus.

    We are an year round island family who live and work on Martha's Vineyard. We have four young children who keep us busy and on our toes. The island is a beautiful place to share with friends and family. We are excited to share our home so that others can experience all the island has to offer.
