Our property is a secluded retreat on the south shore of Martha’s Vineyard. Located 3 miles down a private road, halfway between the Martha’s Vineyard Airport and the main street of Edgartown, it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the shore or explore all that the island has to offer.

Nestled between two ponds, on a private beach along the south shore of Martha’s Vineyard, the main residence offers a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with sweeping views. With open living room, dining and kitchen along the west side of the home, it is the perfect space for gathering. The first floor includes one bedroom with twin beds, bureau, desk and side tables. A single bathroom is for the bedroom and guests and has a large closet for clothes, linens and towels. The upstairs includes the master with a king bed, bureau, side tables, chairs and a walk-in closet and has spectacular views to the south and west. The guest room has a queen bed, desk, tables and chairs and a closet and overlooks a pond to the east and the shore to the south. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub that overlooks the pond to the east. A second bathroom has a shower. Quarters above the garage include an additional bedroom with twin beds, a sitting area and full bath.

A large, covered porch facing south offers plenty of space to enjoy the amazing vista or dine outdoors. The acres of mowed grass surrounding the home provide open space for outdoor games, kite flying or star gazing. A short walk allows you to explore the beach or ponds and Edgartown, Morning Glory Farm, the Martha’s Vineyard Airport are all a brief 10–15-minute drive away. read more show less
