The beautifully landscaped property includes a 14 x 30 heated saltwater pool, bluestone patio, large deck, outdoor shower, and a cozy garden. The fenced-in pool area has comfortable chaise lounge chairs, a large dining table, and several umbrellas.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a second full bath and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom sleeps four on a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle. The living room couch has a pull-out queen sleeper to accommodate additional guests.

The home is conveniently located near Morning Glory farm and a stone’s throw from the bike path. Proximity to State and South beaches.

Pets are allowed with approval and a small fee.

Additional amenities include: access to association tennis courts, bikes, toys and games, extremely comfortable beds, new coastal-themed bedding and decor, Sunday check-in, two sheds for storage, and an experienced caretaker close by.
