The main level of this home has an open and airy concept. The cozy kitchen overlooks the living and dining area. The living room has high ceilings and the sunlight pours in. A wall of sliding glass doors opens to the front deck where there is an outdoor dining table.

One bedroom is located on the first floor with a TV and private deck. Rounding out the first floor is a bathroom with a shower. The stackable washer and dryer are in this bathroom. Off the back of the house is the outdoor shower and a comfy deck with a small sofa and chair.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. A landing at the top of the stairs overlooks the living area. Bedroom #2 has its own private deck, small desk, and TV. Both bedrooms share a hall bath.

Recently added is a suite over the garage. There is an open living area with TV and a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating. A deck is off the kitchen and has seating for two. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. Barn style doors open to the bedroom featuring a queen bed and TV. Off the bedroom is a bathroom with walk in shower.

The private backyard is nicely manicured with mature plantings and blooms. The pool is 10 x 20 and the deep end is 5 feet. A bluestone patio surrounds the pool. Soak up the sun in one of the chaise lounges or relax in the sofa and chair living area. There is a large umbrella at the pool.

With its peaceful setting, pool, and multiple spots to gather, this conveniently located home is not to be missed.

The pool is heated to 82 degrees and included in the rental fee in July and August. There is an additional $250/ week to heat the pool in June and September.
