Nestled privately in the Major's Cove association, this house is filled with light. It has cathedral ceilings in the living room, a gourmet kitchen open to a dining area or enjoy your meals the large deck out through the sliders just off the kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor. One large primary ensuite upstairs. Each has their own character. The separate soaking tub in the photos does not currently work but the shower does. The bathroom downstairs has a combined shower/tub.

There is lots of sunshine and a beautifully landscaped yard as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.
The Major's Cove association has tennis courts and a dock.
