    Jan and Bill Santo have owned and managed properties on Martha's Vineyard for over 20 years. We love the Vineyard and strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable and well equipped home from which to explore the many sights and pleasures the Vineyard has to offer. Jan is a successful published author with 4 novels in print. Look for her next book, ''Murder in the Combat Zone'' in the Fall of 2017. We aren't quite sure what Bill does!

    What is special about this property?
    This 5 bedroom home provides plenty of room for a family or two to enjoy a great Vineyard vacation. It is an easy bike ride to South Beach and a 20 minute walk to downtown Edgartown. With the large patio and expansive front farmers porch there is plenty of outdoor space to stretch out in. The home theater, pool and ping pong table in the basement rec room has something for all ages.
