The new design nicely integrates indoor and outdoor living, greatly expanding both. There is an all-new Kitchen and new Dining Area. This open area features a fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen with commercial stainless appliances throughout, including a 5-burner range, combination convection/baking ovens, and two prep sinks. The Dining Area has vaulted ceiling and is anchored by a wall of glass windows and sliding door that opens to the new Dining Deck, Porch, and the Pool Area.

Just off the Kitchen/Dining Area, barn doors open to the new TV/Family Room. The room is framed by a new stone fireplace with sofa and chair seating, plus large screen TV. NOTE: Gas fireplaces are not available for rental use. Parking is limited to two cars only. Exterior security cameras are in use.

POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August, and included in the rent. There is a heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September, and $350/week in May and October, if pool is open. Pool is generally open Memorial Day through September. Please inquire. For tenant safety reasons, locking pool cover must be closed when pool is not in use.
