This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath family friendly home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood central to both State Beach and South Beach, the bike path and also the village of Edgartown.

Updated and comfortable, our home is your perfect Island retreat. The house is set back from the road and secluded providing privacy and solace.

Entering the house from the front door, you will find yourself in a bright entryway leading to a sunny living room, dining room and kitchen. The wrap-around deck, accessed from 2 sliders, has plenty of comfy seating as well as a patio table and chairs and umbrella where you can sit and enjoy a meal or drinks with friends. The outdoor shower can be accessed from the deck as well.

A 12-foot ramp from the yard to the deck provides easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. An additional ramp into the house provides seamless entry.

Our first floor boasts an open floor plan with an accessible bathroom/barrier free shower. The first floor bedroom with twin beds is off the bathroom. Pocket doors provide the maximum width and maneuverability for the mobility impaired. Bed bridge twin to king converter available to join and connect two twin beds. At the top of the stairs is a cozy reading nook with an overstuffed chair and ottoman where you can relax and unwind enjoying one of the many books we have for you to choose from. Also upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other with a queen and wall mounted smart TV.

Amenities include bedroom window AC units, washer/dryer, cable TV, hi speed internet/printer, and a full size Weber grill. Additionally, we have 6 beach chairs, several coolers and umbrellas. There are 5 bikes and helmets for our guests to use as well. You will also find corn hole and numerous games to make your family time all it can be. read more show less

    My group of 5 adults and 2 children were so happy to find Roxanne's house when looking for a place within everyone budget that would fit us all in MV. The house was exactly as described, and Roxanne was generous and a dream to communicate with. While we didn't spend too much time at the house, it was clean, comfortable, and in a good location for us. Having the beach chairs to use and games in the house were also added bonuses.     Roxanne is an awesome host and was available to us instantaneously. We didn't need to communicate often because the house is turn key. It has everything you need and is centrally located between OB and Edgartown which is great. Very good value for the vineyard.

    Roxanne is a great host, fast response and very accommodating to our needs for a Martha's Vineyard stay. We found the property very well taken care of and the bonus of yard games, beach items and bicycles were a major plus. All appliances were in new condition and operated perfect. The house was secluded enough to enjoy privacy and well maintain surroundings to allow our grandchildren freedom to explore and be safe. I would recommend this property to anyone that was looking to visit MV. The house is located in an area of night quiet and a few minute drive to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. show more show less

    We had a great stay at the house. Beautiful home. Great amenities. Roxanne provided us the perfect detailed instructions on how to work things and where everything was. Extremely responsive all hours of the day. Helped problem solve and had a great attitude about everything. The house is a 15 minute drive down to Oaks Bluffs' Circuit Ave. Ten minutes from downtown Edgartown and 30 minute ride to Aquinnah.     Brian and I got engaged on the Vineyard in 1989 and have been back every summer since. We spent our week vacation at Edgartown Commons with our 3 kids until we were able to come upon our own little piece of the rock in 2019. We have spent some of our happiest times as a family on island and look forward to every moment that we can spend in our home.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is well laid out and extremely comfortable. It is the perfect getaway for a family as we have multiple board games, books and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy. We also have 5 bikes and are located 1/2 mile from the bike path. Big Jenga and cornhole will keep you busy and foster a healthy family rivalry It is also the perfect spot for couples as it is quiet and peaceful with a reading nook and a deck for relaxing under the trees.
