The deck leads to the uniquely appointed pool area with plenty of places to sit around the pool for coffee in the morning or cocktails after a day at the beach. The yard gets full Vineyard sun from morning until sunset.

The Sunset bedroom with one queen bed is located on the first floor with its own full bath. The Aquinnah room on the second floor has a king bed and the Mermaid room comes with a queen and a twin bed for flexibility. There’s a second full bathroom on the upper level.

The recently updated (not shown) open plan kitchen comes fully equipped and flows nicely with the dining and living areas. There is an additional casual (unfinished) area in the basement for tv viewing for extra flexibility.

Summerlin is located within walking distance to the lovely Morning Glory Farm and provides easy access to the bike path which will bring you all over the island. Its location is convenient to South Beach and easy access to the up island towns. The home is a short 1.5 miles from the quaint downtown of Edgartown and accessible on the Pied Piper ferry from Falmouth. It’s a short 5 minute ride to the MV Airport.
