This room is staged with a comfortable sofa, flat screened TV, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom of tub/shower. Just next door is a Queen size bedroom which leads you back to the remaining bedrooms of another Queen size bedroom and a set of Twin beds with a shared hall bathroom of tub/shower. The lower level offers an extra space for additional sleeping, game room and another bathroom.

There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway. Its location is an easy stroll to the downtown area of Edgartown, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, beaches, the harbor, shuttle bus, bike paths, museums or just a place to sit and enjoy the sights on Martha's Vineyard. Stop and Shop right behind the house, just behind the fence makes grocery shopping and cooking an easy option.
