Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home nestled on a pine and oak treed 1/2 acre knoll. House is approximately 2,000 sq. feet. Separate living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen with warm, newly finished, yellow pine floors. On the first floor is a master bedroom suite with a full tiled bath. There is also a half bath and laundry nook on the first floor. A large sliding glass door in the dining room opens to a large south-facing deck. The deck has a table & chairs for 6 and a Weber grill. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a full sized futon, and a full bath are on the second floor.

The yard offers privacy and is neatly landscaped with native plantings. There is large enclosed outdoor shower. The house is 3 miles to downtown Edgartown and 2 miles to the supermarket. It is along the bike path and public bus route. Conveniently located for easy access into Edgartown or Oak Bluffs, and centrally located for exploring the island.
The house has central air conditioning. It is well supplied and tastefully decorated for all to enjoy!

This house has new owners and all the furnishings are new. All beds and futons have mircofleece blankets, quilts, and pillows. Pack and play available. Please bring your own linens.

    Perfect Serenity

    I had the pleasure of staying at this Edgartown home this summer 2012 and it was simply perfect. Cozy enough to enjoy friends and good times or retreat to the beautiful deck or the spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. The outdoor shower was so wonderful that I never used the inside one the whole week :). Neighbors are near by but you rarely hear them or see them. The house is situated off the road for added privacy. The owners are wonderful as well and stand ready to answer any questions you have at any time. This is a true gem and we plan on coming back for years to come. A big Thank you to these owners. Its Perfection. You'll be happy you chose this. show more show less

    "We stayed at this house in August 09 & loved it! The house was recently redone & all of the furnishings were new & tastefully decorated & clean. The set up of the beds & bedrooms were ideal. The outside shower was the best part!! The homeowner was very pleasant to deal with. The house is situated between Edgartown & Oak Bluffs & very close to state beach, which is perfect for children. I would highly recommend this house to a friend!"
