The Boat House sits right up on a bluff overlooking the beach at Nashaquista Pond (Salt pond that connects to both Stonewall Pond and Menemsha Pond) with a private walkway to the beach and plenty of parking.

This sweet 2 bedroom 1 bath house is perfect for those who want the beach to themselves and perfect sunsets in the evening. The pond is excellent for swimming and kayaking as well as a great spot for kids as there are no waves. The location has some of the best views on the island. Lucy Vincent Beach is 4 miles away and Squibknocket is 1 mile away. Head up to Aquinnah just 1.8 miles (6 minute drive) for more amazing views, shopping and food.

One of my most favorite spots on the island by far. Please reach out for longer term rentals.
