There is a third detached bedroom with half bath. There is also an outdoor shower and the West-facing deck allowing for enjoyment of the Menemsha sunsets. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

You will also have access to the two exclusive Chilmark Town Beaches, Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket, for a small fee.
