Sited on an open, mature 1-acre lot, this delightful cottage enjoys the cooling sea breezes and minimizes Chappy's famous bugs! A large elevated deck, stainless steel gas grill, a large yard and literally seconds away from both East Beach and Wasque Beach.

The kitchenette has a convection oven, induction burner and gas grill with gas burner. Owner lives in main house but is not on the island often, which is completely separate from the cottage with a barn in between the 2 houses.

Three miles from the Chappy Ferry located on the paved road, and minutes from Downtown Edgartown, this unique property is the perfect home-base for all your Martha's Vineyard adventures.
