August 21st to September 30th; $700 a night (shared occupancy-see below) you have the whole upstairs; sleeps 8. See below for more details on shared occupancy. Two night minimum.

Bonus: We have car ferry reservation's for you, for selected dates.

Price includes 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath upstairs, including a full bath downstairs, plus an outdoor shower, huge kitchen with incredible ocean view, living room also with ocean view, great deck for relaxing and sunset viewing.
During shared occupancy:
An Island favorite, Aquinnah Seaweed artist Corinna, and husband Ken stay in the converted porch off side of the house downstairs. In other words, you are not ''above us.'' Your area is upstairs, where you will be greeted by an incredible ocean view, to 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. Quiet and totally separate from the downstairs. Downstairs, there is another full shared bathroom, as well as a beach-rock paved outdoor shower. We are happy to watch dog and/or offspring when an and/if needed. ''Wonderful owner couple''- we have been told. Enjoy the Seaweed Art Gallery in the Dining room.

Description:
Historic home built in 1875 set in a spectacular spot. 1-2 minute walk to the semi-private beach. 10 min leisurely walk up the quiet road to the Gay Head cliffs, food and necessities. The well known Outermost Inn Restaurant is 1/2 mile away. Situated on a 2-acre on that extends all the way to the beach, we have a large front yard. The house has magnificent views of the water and the Elizabeth Islands. There is a spacious family room facing the beach, and a large kitchen with a great large ocean view window above the sink for pleasant kitchen duty. Huge deck and chairs outside to enjoy the sunset and meals on the picnic table. Some of the best fishing on the island is along our beach. Everyone says that this is truly a most unique and gorgeous spot. Amenities include in room air conditioners, WIFI, BBQ, beach toys, fishing rods, 2-person kayak, Island tour information if desired and more.

    "It was so much better than I imagined!" was what I told Ken and Corinna when we left. I was intrigued by Corinna's Seaweed Art and ended up buying a gorgeous large framed piece. She even gave me a great deal! The house, view, and location are amazing and it was super clean. It's a 2 minute walk to their private beach where we enjoyed fishing and hanging out. My doubts of having housemates were immediately dispelled as it was not awkward at all. Ken and Corinna helped us in so many ways with Island suggestions for kids as well as adults. Places to fish, eat, beach, and have fun. Corinna even loaned my friend one of her summer dresses and Ken lent us a fishing rod in case the bite got hot! The kids loved it and we did as well. They even made a seaweed card from fresh seaweed. Stay with Ken and Corinna in Aquinnah. You won't be disappointed! show more show less

    Heaven on Earth

    We were pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms, four bedrooms and it slept ten comfortably. The house is old but had all the amenities that we needed. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and nice fans throughout. The best part though was the beautiful views from the deck and all parts of the house. We could easily walk to the private beach to swim, fish, kayak, or just lay on the sand. The yard was awesome and big enough for bocce, frisbees, or whatever else. The owner was very responsive to my questions beforehand which was nice too. I highly recommend this rental. show more show less

    Corinna & Ken were fabulous hosts. They welcomed us as if we were family. Her Seaweed Art Gallery was absolutely amazing. The view from our bedroom, the sitting room, & back deck/yard were breath taking of the ocean. Most tranquil relaxing area of the island to stay! If you're looking for nice scenery & a place to sit back and relax, this is THE spot.
