Our Cape Cod cottage is all about classic summer charm and outdoor living! The property is located on a quiet street that's centrally located to easy access to restaurants and the Cape's main attractions.

One of our favorite features is the outdoor shower—there's nothing better than rinsing off after a day at the beach under the open sky. The spacious yard is perfect for playing lawn games, running around with the kids, or just soaking up the sunshine.

For dinner, the grill on the deck makes it easy to cook and enjoy it outside on the deck.

In the evenings, we love gathering around the fire pit.

Our cottage is located in a prime spot, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. You'll find restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to grab a bite without having to hop in the car. Sea Gull Beach—one of the best beaches in the area—is just a 5-minute drive away, featuring ample parking, bathrooms, and a snack shack for a stress-free beach day.

For adventure seekers, the Nantucket ferry is only 10 minutes away, making it easy to take a day trip to explore the island. Families will love the nearby attractions, including Pirate's Cove Mini Golf and Wicket Waves Water Park, both perfect for keeping the kids entertained. And for those occasional rainy days, the Cape Cod Mall and plenty of shopping options are just a short drive away.
