First floor features a living room, dining room, stocked kitchen with walk-in pantry, full bath and washer/dryer. Kitchen includes standard coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. Second floor has a full bath, large primary bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom contains 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen and twin bed.

Kitchen leads out to common deck where you can grill a delicious meal after a day at the beach. In the evening, sit around the firepit roasting some s'mores while you gaze at the stars.

Includes access to 6 beach chairs, beach cart and cooler. Common outdoor shower on right side of house with hot and cold water provides the perfect experience after a day at the beach.

Tenant to supply paper products, towels for kitchen/baths and sheets for beds. We supply pillows, blankets and quilts.

Home is attached to a 1-bedroom home with a separate entrance and privacy.
