First floor features a living room, dining room, stocked kitchen with walk-in pantry, full bath and washer/dryer. Kitchen includes standard coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Second floor has a full bath, large primary bedroom with king size bed, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom contains 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with a large TV in the living Room.

Kitchen leads out to common deck where you can grill a delicious meal after a day at the beach. In the evening, sit around the firepit roasting some s'mores while you gaze at the stars.

Includes access to 6 beach chairs, beach cart and a cooler. Common outdoor shower on right side of house with hot and cold water provides the perfect experience after a day at the beach.

Weekly beach passes can be obtained through the Yarmouth Town website for $75/week. The home is also a short drive to many area attractions, such as bike trails, mini golf, “Best of Cape” restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, Wicked Waves Cape Cod, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, and the Whydah Pirate Museum, to just name a few.

A/C is provided by way of window A/C units in each bedroom and one in the living room area which makes relaxing & sleeping indoors comfortable.

Tenant to supply paper products, towels for kitchen/baths and sheets for beds. We supply pillows, blankets and quilts.

Home is attached to a 1-bedroom home with a separate entrance and privacy.
