Welcome to our sweet little corner on the Cape!

Our 3-bedroom, 1-bath house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, a walk/bike away from our private association beach.

Each bedroom offers new mattresses and Dohm sound machines. The living room and kitchen are open concept, with island seating for 5 and a smart TV with a soundbar and a cabinet full of games, puzzles and books. Off of the kitchen is the comfortable 3-season room which features a dining table that seats 5 and outdoor lounge couch and chairs. In the fenced yard, you will find a picnic table, grill, firepit, outdoor shower and shed which houses beach chairs and toys.

Available for use is baby equipment including a pack ‘n play, highchair and stroller. Renters also have access to washer and dryer in the basement.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.


Location:

While tucked away into a quiet neighborhood, our house is a short distance to many Cape attractions. Most notably is the association beach which you can access by a 20-min walk or 5-min bike ride. The beach, being on Lewis Bay, offers gentle waters, beautiful sands, seashell hunts, and glimpses of the island ferries heading in and out of the harbor. Note there is no parking lot at beach access.

With a short 6-min drive, you are in downtown Hyannis with restaurants and shopping, along with ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. A 6-min drive in the opposite direction will bring you to the Wicked Waves Water Park and Inflatable Bounce Park - a family favorite! Only 3-mins away Wild Animal Lagoon Mini Golf or Old King’s Coffee House. And of course there are a plethora of beautiful Cape Cod beaches to explore. There is something for everyone!


We are not able to accommodate pets at this time so we kindly ask that guests leave pets at home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
