Your relaxing summer vacay awaits! This two-story townhome is part of a 2-family located on a quiet side street in West Yarmouth. Newly renovated. First floor features a living room with sofa bed, dining room, stocked kitchen and a full bath with tub and washer/dryer combo. Kitchen includes standard coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. Second floor has a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, walk in closet with desk and a full bath with walk in shower.

Kitchen leads out to common deck where you can grill a delicious meal after a day at the beach. In the evening, sit around the firepit roasting some s'mores while you gaze at the stars.

Includes access to 4 beach chairs, beach cart and cooler. Common outdoor shower on right side of house with hot and cold water provides the perfect experience after a day at the beach.

Tenant to supply paper products, towels for kitchen/baths and sheets for beds. We supply pillows, blankets and quilts.

Home is attached to main home with a separate entrance and privacy.
