This is our first year renting out our charming home—Summer 2025 reviews coming soon!

Our Yarmouth home is .5 -1.5 miles away from beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. It's located at the end of a quiet street in a neighborhood setting.

This peaceful retreat sleeps 10 and offers 4 bedrooms which include a queen bed, queen sofa bed, 4 twin beds and a full-size bed. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with one full bath and the other 2 bedrooms with full bath are located on the second floor. The two full bathrooms are equipped with showers, a tub, hair dryers, and fresh linens, where guests will feel right at home.

Enjoy the phenomenal historical Cape Cod surroundings and take advantage of the amenities provided such as central AC, smart TV's, Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, bed linens and washer/dryer machine in lower level. During the summer season, enjoy the outdoor grill, fire pit and dinning patio. Off-peak season, enjoy the fireplace in our cozy living room.

There is enough room for a single family or multi-family vacationers. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our Seaside Nook.
