My wife and I purchased this home over fourteen years ago. We used to vacation on The Cape quite a bit and fell in love with this location. It's a wonderful home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood located minutes away from the ocean, fresh water, restaurants and shopping. We're opening our home to vacationers hoping you get to enjoy it as much as we do.


What is special about this property?
Plenty of room. The home and yard are spacious.
The three bedrooms, located in the second floor, allow for peace and quiet away from activity on the first floor.
The home offers two separate office areas, coffee and fridge on the second floor. Full kitchen with seperate dining area and laundry on the first floor.
Want to sit outside? Plenty of room on the deck and in the private backyard.
5 minute drive to beaches, 15 minutes to Falmouth or Hyannis. One hour drive to Provincetown or Boston. Perfect Cape Cod location!

What is special about your town?
Sandwich is a wonderful town with easy access to route 6 to get around The Cape. During on season, it is only 10 to 15 minute drive off Cape. This location has access to the ocean and fresh water all within a two to five minute drive away. The Cape Cod Canal has several miles of bike and walking trails, wonderful restaurants with incredible views.
