We stock this property with EVERYTHING you need so that you can simply unpack your suitcase and enjoy your vacation. Central air (with 3 separate zones) along with pots, pans, serving dishes, storage containers, beach chairs, beach towels, beach games, board games, coffee maker, spices, and so much more!

The property offers many amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Gather with your loved ones in the spacious living room with 30-foot ceilings and Pottery Barn furnishings, cook in the fully stocked chef's kitchen or head into the expansive yard for a lively game of badminton or whiffle ball. In the loft, host a poker night or play tunes on the upright piano. In the evenings you can kick back on the patio or stroll around our beautiful neighborhood lined with Hydrangea-accented homes...it's just a short walk to Parker's River Beach.

*** Absolutely NO pets, NO smoking and NO parties. Booking guest MUST be staying at property for the ENTIRE reservation.

*** We have a 5 night minimum stay requirement which is less than the 1 week minimum of most properties.

*** We collect a $1500 refundable security deposit that we try to refund within 3-4 days of your departure (assuming no damages).

*Cancelation Policy: We can do a full refund due to cancelation if your trip is >= 30 days away, 50% if trip is >= 15 days and then 0% for less than 15 days.
