Summer will be here before you know it so please check out our rental! We welcome you to our lovely cottage. It is all on one floor-no stairs. Cleaning fees and trash removal included in our modestly priced rental fee. We offer everything you need for a truly memorable vacation.

There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The home has air conditioning and heating with mini splits-one in each bedroom and one in the main living area. The living room has a large smart tv over the fireplace and plenty of seating in the recliners and sofa which is also a sofabed and offers additional bedding. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Open concept to the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped with a gas range and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware and all cooking and eating utensils. There is a coffee bar with a coffee pot, electric kettle, air fryer, blender and microwave. There are a few counter stools and a dining room table and chairs for eating meals or just enjoying a snack.

We are located in a wonderful residential neighborhood and have a driveway which offers off-street parking. There is a lovely patio in the front of the house with two Adirondack chairs. The back deck offers a gazebo which covers a patio table and chairs and we have solar lighting. The yard is fenced in and offers a gas grill, firepit and chairs to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. We also have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We have a few beach chairs, cornhole set which is lightweight and can be taken to the beach, and we have a pickleball set which can be set up in our driveway. We are 1.3 miles to Seagull Beach and .3 miles to the Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park which offers a day of water activities and swim up bar-perfect for a warm summer day. Pirate's Cove Mini Golf and Whydah Pirate Museum are only .4 miles away. Some places within walking distance: Hole In One Bakery, Scally's Irish Pub and Restaurant and Mobil station with a convenience store. We are centrally located for a quick trip to Hyannis or to the many wonderful restaurants. Public golf course is about 2.1 miles away.
