The lower level has its own living space - sitting room, two bedrooms (one with queen sized bed and the other with two twins), another kitchen and bath with shower/ tub combination. The sitting area on this level walks out to a lovely patio.

Enjoy the deeded beach on the pond or take a short drive to any of the many Dennis beaches. After a day at the beach, take a luxurious outdoor shower, relax on the upper deck or patio and prepare a Cape Cod meal on the gas grill. If you kayak or canoe, you can launch your vessel from the deeded beach 100 feet away or at the boat ramp which is within one mile of the house. The large driveway easily accommodates boat trailers.

The pond is perfect for sailing, kayaking, canoeing, waterskiing, or jet skiing. New to our rental market and sure to be a favorite! Pets welcome. Linens not provided but can be rented - just ask!
