Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two of the rooms are furnished with queen sized beds, while the master suite has a luxurious king-sized bed. At the end of the hall the full bathroom offers a beautiful tiled walk in shower providing a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach.

The lower level is ideal for relaxation and activity. It features an open living area with a large smart tv, a dvd player and a slider door that opens to the back yard creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. For those who like to stay active, the lower level features a dedicated workout area equipped with dumbbells (ranging from 10 to 50 lbs), a workout bench, and a floor mat. This level also has a second full bathroom with a bathtub, as well as, a private office with a desk and a queen-size sleeper sofa, offering a quiet workspace and flexible sleeping options.

The outdoor space is equally impressive offering a ground level deck with a picnic table, BBQ grill, outdoor stereo, and an outdoor tv making it ideal for dining, relaxing, or watching the game outdoors. Adirondack chairs surround a cozy gas fire pit perfect for enjoying the evening on the cape. Rinse off after a day at the beach using the outdoor shower located on the far left side of the house. The fully fenced in yard ensures privacy, while the woods offer a serene and natural backdrop.

The house is just a 0.2 mile walk to South Middle Beach, where you'll enjoy exclusive beach rights to a private section of the shoreline.
