The exterior is well landscaped with shrubs and a new lawn, surrounded by a fenced in yard. Off street parking area accommodates 4 cars comfortably. Patio at front of property is excellent for morning coffee and evening quiet relaxation! Less than 10-minute walk to South Middle Beach; 15 min. to Smugglers Beach. Twenty-minute walk to Route 28 that has restaurants and arcades, and mini golf for children and adults to enjoy. Located on a dead end street, with 4 homes on the street.

A spiral staircase leads to a family room in the basement. It is furnished and very relaxing to watch tv and enjoy the air conditioning if needed. Total square footage of cottage is 900 sq. ft.
