The 2 bedrooms have been gutted to studs and finished like the living room and kitchen, they also include skylights in each bedroom. The skylights alone supply a pleasurable sea breeze. Most of the time no air conditioning is required! Full length screened in porch at front entrance of cottage!

The exterior is well landscaped with shrubs and a new lawn, surrounded by a fenced in yard. Off street parking area accommodates 4 cars comfortably. Patio at front of property is excellent for morning coffee and evening quiet relaxation! Less than 10-minute walk to South Middle Beach; 15 min. to Smugglers Beach. Twenty-minute walk to Route 28 that has restaurants and arcades, and mini golf, and water park for children and adults to enjoy. Located on a dead end street, with 4 homes on the street.

A spiral staircase leads to a family room in the basement. It is furnished and very relaxing to watch tv and enjoy the air conditioning if needed. Also occupies 2 day beds.
