    What a wonderful beach house in Yarmouth. Clean and comfy with cute beachy touch, a huge kitchen and three nice bedrooms. We loved playing games at the big dinning room table and deck was nice. The walk to the beach was flat and easy.

    Hi, I'm Julie. I am a New Englander who spent the last 25 years out west and is now back in my beloved Massachusetts and excited to share my beach house with you. My family and I love to visit new areas and have stayed in many vacation houses over the years, from an off the grid cowboy cabin in Central Oregon, to a multi million dollar mansion in Miami. Our Salty Whale house is somewhere in between. Comfortable, clean, welcoming and walking distance to the beach. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    I love the open feel of the living room, with the exposed beam ceiling, the sunlight coming in the sliding glass door in the dining room and the big bright kitchen. The deck is a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine and a game of cards after a day at the beach. I love walking up to the Dairy Queen for a blizzard to bring down to the beach. You'll love having the oversized washer and dryer to keep everything clean and of course no cape house would be complete without an outdoor shower. No need to pack a bunch of groceries, Stop and Shop is just across Route 28.

    What is special about your town?
    Yarmouth is in the heart of the cape, without the chaos of Hyannis. There is so much to do right from the Salty Whale house. Walk up for ice cream and mini golf at Skull Island. Enjoy a nice dinner at Gerardi's Cafe, or 908 Bistro. The Pancake Man is a Yarmouth tradition, and an easy walk from the house. With three beaches to choose from, the ocean is always close. Parker's River Beach and Seaview Beach are at the end of the street and Smuggler's beach is a stones throw to the east. Easy access from the Route 6 via Long Pond Drive keeps you out of the Route 28 traffic.
