    We grew to love Cape Cod and everything about it. We purchased our first house 10 years ago and since then we learned to appreciate the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, beautiful sunsets and calm vibes

    This is a very large house, that sleeps up to 15 people, 5 minutes walk to the Parker's River Beach. Very close to all restaurants, Inflatable water park, all area amenities, Main street Hyannis,

    What is special about your town?
    South Yarmouth has ideal Mid Cape location in the center of it all. Beautiful beaches, warm waters of Nantucket Sound, plenty of attractions, restaurants and stores
