Newly Renovated Home with Water Views of Lewis Bay and Beach

Hello Everyone!!
Our Family recently had the pleasure of staying at West Yarmouth Vacation Rental - ID 39150, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable attention to detail.

The house itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (including Bar-B-Q utensils), which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy cozy dinners. The living room was the perfect spot (furniture super comfy and clean) to relax after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment (there are two sitting areas - one downstairs for the kids!!).

The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet close to all the local attractions (we walked and kids rode bikes into town!). We loved being able to enjoy the serene surroundings while still having easy access to restaurants, shops, coffee shop (Old King's!!!), candy store, ice cream, fishing, swimming, whole foods, T.J. Maxx, car wash, CVS, and multiple scenic spots. The outdoor area was another highlight, with a lovely outside area for the kids to run around (including safely riding bikes) and a great space (deck, umbrella!!!) for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks (BOSE SPEAKER WAS GREAT!!).

What really stood out to us, though, was the host's (Kelly) dedication to making sure our stay was perfect. She was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her local tips and recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable.

My family love the house and location! We love the short walk to the small private beach where the kids love the water and collecting shells. The ocean air and view from the porch is so serene and a breath of clean fresh air.
We enjoyed having coffee every morning enjoying the picturesque view of ships sailing and the peaceful water. We loved the open concept kitchen/living room and the second living room downstairs was great.
The house is very clean ( met my germaphobic standards) also the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our time and look forward to many summer memories there.
Kelly is very kind, helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

My family, weeks later, is still talking about how much they loved staying here! The short walk to the small private beach was a huge plus. We stayed at Kelly's home In July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for the week and more. The view of the bay is beautiful and the walk to the private beach perfect. We absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to come back next year.
