Beautiful, fully renovated beach home. Our home was fully renovated in 2019 in a soft, light filled modern beach house style. We have taken care to select furnishings that are comfortable and upscale. We furnished this home with pieces that we love, as we will be the primary occupants of the home with limited, select rentals.

In 2024, the 1 car garage was converted to a large entertainment space with large TV, bookcases, comfy sectional and big oversized chairs. This space has a pocket door that can be closed off to allow kids and teens their own space or when some want a movie night and others want to enjoy conversation and cocktails by the electric fireplace. It is also a perfect rainy day spot to lounge and read a book or watch a cozy movie. Can also be used as additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. We enjoy cooking and entertaining and have stocked the house with more than just the essentials. Beautiful mugs, lots of dinnerware, various types of glassware, entertaining platters, drip coffee maker, Keurig and French press. The kitchen opens to the dining and sitting areas. Perfect for cooking, chatting, listening to music after a day at the beach.

The house is equipped with 3 bathrooms and a basement annex.
Bedroom 1: twin over full bunk beds, dresser, closet. Adorable for siblings, friends or even adults. Very comfortable memory foam mattress and upscale linens, full length mirror, dresser.
Bedroom 2: Pottery Barn and Serena and Lily furnished. Queen sized memory foam mattress, upscale linens, full length mirror, dresser.
Bedrooms 3: Serena and Lily and Annie Selke furnished. Queen sized memory foam mattress, upscale linens, dresser.
Basement annex: Ikea day bed with trundle, memory foam mattress topper and upscale linens. This is a perfect spot for a teen or 2 who want their own space. TV and gaming systems.

Bathrooms:
Main floor powder room: pedestal sink, toilet, gorgeous wallpaper.
Main floor full bath: newly renovated with gorgeous penny tile, kohler tub, glass shower door and Bedrosian Cloe tile walls. A cool old fashioned wall mount sink with Rohl plumbing fixtures helps make the most of the space while maintaining a beautiful style.
Lower level full bath has a vanity, sink and stand up shower.

Laundry: Front loading washer/dryer and utility sink in finished basement.

Large kitchen/dining/entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, fresh paint, cool art and a very coastal chic vibe, electric fireplace.

Brand new Weber gas grill, seating area on deck and patio furniture, dining table, Adirondack chairs and Solo Stove. Backyard has brand new patio dining area and sitting area.

Brand new outdoor shower--a Cape Cod must!

Backyard is fenced in for peace of mind when letting little ones run around.

Beach games, chairs and towels provided.

New landscaping-Hydrangeas, Lillies, Coneflower, Catmint, Sedum.

Central AC and heat.

Short 4/10 mile walk to Englewood Beach. 2 minute drive to large, soft sanded Seagull Beach-gorgeous! Short drive to Grays Beach in Yarmouthport for Stunning sunsets and iconic photo ops.

South of 28 and close to multiple mini golf and ice cream shops, Whydah Pirate Museum, Captain Parkers, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park. Easy drive to Hyannis for mall, movies, shopping. Short drive to Harwich, Chatham and Dennis, Rte 6A.

    The perfect getaway!

    My family and I were fortunate enough to spend a weekend in this dreamy cape house. The house was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We spent a ton of time by the fire in the kitchen area playing go fish and listening to music. The tv room is on the other side of the main floor which I love, because my son could watch tv while my husband and I hung out by the fire (and we didn't have to hear the kid shows playing). The house was immaculately clean and impeccably decorated. The backyard was so cute with seating, a grill and an outdoor shower. The beaches were close by, and there were a ton of seashells for us to check out. The rental was centrally located and anything we wanted was a short drive away. Check in/out was super easy and Jess gave us a robust list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The home has a real tranquil, beachy vibe and it definitely set the tone for the trip. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon!     I'm Obsessed With This Property

    If you're looking for a luxurious Cape Cod stay, this is it!! We had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous home on Cape Cod in November 2024... who would have thought that the off-season on Cape Cod could be just as much fun as the summer months? Our host had plenty of recommendations for things to do, restaurants to try, etc., and she made us feel right at home. The home itself is marvelous; honestly, everything you could want is a beachy Cape Cod getaway-- can comfortably fit anywhere from 2-10 people without feeling like you're on top of each other. Plenty of entertaining & relaxation space, and local to so many things. I cannot recommend staying here enough. Thank you for hosting us!!! show more show less

    Cape Cod Delight

    Hubby and I stayed here for 2 nights. It's a perfect getaway for a family or a couple; beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Something important to me is the cleanliness of a rental. This home is Super clean!! If you like the beach, just a 3 minute drive gets you to fabulous Seagull Beach. There's a front porch to enjoy any time of day with your morning coffee or a cold beverage. The backyard is also great for relaxing, with a fire pit for the cooler nights and lots of comfy furniture to unwind on after a day at the beach or shopping.     Perfect Cape Cod getaway!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drift Away this summer. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the location is ideal - very close to a beautiful beach, many restaurants and shopping. We spent most days at Seagull Beach which was less than a 5 minute car ride away. Some of our favorite restaurants in the area were The West End, Añejo and Pizza Barbone. The house is in a perfect location to take day trips to other parts of the cape as well. We went to the Beachcomber in Wellfleet one afternoon and spent another shopping in Chatham.

    The house itself is perfect. It was extremely clean, decorated beautifully and felt brand new. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there was ample room for two families to spread out and relax. The backyard has an outdoor shower and lots of furniture for lounging. We enjoyed morning coffee out there as well as evening cocktails and a fire to end the night.     We are Justin and Jess Bradley. Jess grew up coming to Cape Cod to her family home in Harwich. The Cape has always been a special place to us as a couple and family. Our kids grew up spending summers at their grandparents house in Harwich and we have our best memories on Cape. We decided to invest in our own home this past year in hopes to continue the traditions for many more generations to come.

    Professionally Justin is a Cyber Security Executive. Jess is an interior designer focusing on reimagining older spaces, making them both beautiful and functional.

    We have 2 teenagers and 3 black labs. We love the Cape, Vermont, cooking, entertaining and a beautiful meal with loved ones.

    What is special about this property?
    The light in this home is everything. The high ceilings and many windows give the space an open and bright feeling. You are instantly uplifted when walking into the space. The house have a lovely flow with a open kitchen, dining and gathering area. It is perfect for post beach snacks and drinks. The cook gets to be part of the conversation and everyone feels welcomed to lend a hand. We love the new great room where it is easy to kick back and watch the game or a movie. It is brand new but feels like it has been part of the house from the beginning.

    The home sits on a beautiful corner lot in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. We recently fenced in the backyard for some peace of mind with little ones. The new patio dining area sits under a big tree with twinkle lights, making it a magical spot for a lovely dinner shared among friends and family. And the new sitting area/firepit flow perfectly from the dining space.



    What is special about your town?
    Our home is walkable to the cutest beach, Englewood beach. It is perfect for little kids as it is a bay with very calm water. We are also located 1 mile or a 2 minute drive to Seagull Beach. This is a large, white sand beach with beautiful water, a jetty, lifeguards, bathroom facilities and lots of parking. We are also a short drive over to the 6A side of Yarmouth where you will find Grey's Beach and the iconic boardwalk which is so special to take in a sunset or catch crabs.

    Besides the beaches, we are located a short drive (5-15 minutes) to many attractions and restaurants. Whydah Pirate Museum, multiple mini golf spots, ice cream, breakfast spots, waterfront dining, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park, Hyannis for the mall and downtown shopping, restaurants and the ferry to MV and ACK. If you head down cape, the cute towns of Harwich and Chatham are easily accessible and a short drive away. We are centrally located with lots to do in the immediate area, but also a great jumping off point for anywhere you may want to check out on the cape.
