LIVING SPACE
Enjoy a movie night on the new 55'' HD SmartTV on the oh-so-comfortable couch! Watch your favorite Xfinity channels or log in to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, AppleTV, and all your other favorite apps right from the TV. Get the gang together to play games at the kitchen table that seats 6. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite playlist (please don't take to the beach).

WORK SPACE
Working from home? Connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi and settle in at the comfortable dedicated workspace located in the upstairs bedroom.

KITCHEN
Let your culinary creativity run wild in the brand-new remodeled kitchen with custom wood cabinetry, brand-new
stainless-steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, and a coastal fish scale backsplash. The large,
double-door fridge has plenty of space for all your ingredients and drinks. The 4-burner electric stove and oven
make it easy to prepare your favorite dishes for the whole group (or cook outside on the new grill!). The kitchen is
fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware.

BEDROOMS - All new beds, pillows, and linens
Call it a night and retire to one of the three cozy bedrooms; two are equipped with a new queen bed and soft
bedding, and the other bedroom has two new twin beds; all mattresses are 12'' medium firm. All bedrooms have
dressers and closets to store your wardrobe and linens are provided. (Hosts provide one (1) set of bed linens per bed per stay. If you require additional bed linens, kindly bring your own).

BATH
Freshen up in the nautical-inspired bathrooms. The full bath features a comfortable tiled shower tub, polished
chrome hardware, and marble flooring. The half bath features custom woodwork & signature octopus wallpaper
you'll love! One (1) bath towel and one (1) hand towel is provided per guest). If you require additional towels, kindly
bring your own.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Public Goods, made with organic essential oils, free of sulfates & parabens, & vegan friendly.

There is also a new washer & dryer in the house.

Beach towels are not provided and bath towels are not to leave the house or to be used at the beach. Thank you for understanding.

Outdoor Area and Amenities - Private fenced-in yard/Grill/Patio/Kayaks/Beach Chairs
If you're not eating out at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby, cook a meal on the charcoal grill and dine on the dock-inspired deck. In the evening, gather around the firepit for s'mores! (Remember to pick up some firewood and charcoal right down the street at Stop&Shop).

A short walk at the end of our road is Swan Pond. Go for a paddle in the two origami kayaks provided or take a walk on the boardwalk a short walk to the left of the house. You can also fish there!
