House is a 4 bedroom in like-new condition. Central A/C with a master bedroom on the 1st and 2nd floors. Can sleep up to 10 with access to a pull out sofa in addition to the upstairs master bed. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. Fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Living room has large flat screen TV on wall with Roku set up. Two bedrooms also have large flat screen TVs with Roku set up. Newly finished basement includes pull out sofa, large flat screen tv and arcade game. Relax in the private, large, fenced in yard with grill, fire pit, table and chairs and outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach.

Closest beach is 3/10 of a mile away with convenient sidewalks all the way down. 10 minute walk to the famous Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House for a great meal or ice cream. Close to all South Yarmouth has to offer - Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Skull Island Sports, Gold Coast Parasailing, Cape Cod Inflatable Park and much more! Keltic Kitchen and the Pancake Man are close for your early morning breakfasts and Captain Parkers and the Lobster House for a delicious lunch or dinner out. Supermarkets, shopping, bakery, playgrounds all nearby. Quick drive to Smugglers Beach and Seagull Beach.

    We've been spending a week each summer at this property for the last 5+ years and it is fabulous! My family particularly loves the large, fenced in back yard where we play croquet, corn hole, lawn darts, etc. There is a great outdoor eating space as well and the table is well suited for board game playing. We've enjoyed many a game of liar's dice out there next to the firepit in the evenings. Sara and Dave were great hosts this year and super responsive to any questions we had.
