    Armen's home is a great place to spend a cape visit. The house is well laid out and comfortable, and perfect for a family with children. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. Communication was easy and effective. The location is a pleasant walk to the beach and some restaurants and attractions. The fenced in backyard is great for young children. Would definitely return!

    Beautiful house. Clean and modern. Owner was friendly and responsive. He even left us beverages and chips for us. The house has everything that we need except towels. Great for family with little kids. My kids enjoyed the fenced backyard and the toys.

    Hi! My wife & I are both business professionals that work in Boston. We have two kids (5 & 7 yrs. old) and have spent the past year and a half renovating our cape home. We hope you get to enjoy it!

    What is special about this property?
    Family friendly activities around the home - you can walk to skull Island to go go carting, arcades, or mini-gofling- or take a walk (0.6 miles) to a few different beaches, including Skippers!
