The house is well equipped and stocked with everything you need. Great location, the bike path is about a mile away. Various grocery stores are within minutes. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. I let him know that I wasn't arriving until late at night and he left all the lights on for me. I will definitely be renting this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming waterfront home. The house was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated, felt right at home. The location cannot be beat, the pond is so peaceful, and we were able to launch our small fishing boat right from the backyard. Seagull beach was a short 10 min drive, and such a nice beach. Bob was very responsive when we reached out with a few questions. Will definitely be returning to this gem!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Bob's. The home was lovely, spacious and perfect for our girls getaway. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. The entire stay was relaxing and peaceful and exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever back on the Cape!

I would highly recommend this home! It is in the most beautiful setting and very quiet. The view of the lake was breathtaking and we loved seeing the swan families swimming by. The hosts were exceptionally kind and communicative. We would definitely rent this beautifully decorated home again!

Bob's immaculate and recently renovated home provided a truly sublime setting during a recent small cape cod family reunion. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the home was much more private than i was expecting … with magnificent views from the french doors and deck onto the most breathtaking pond surrounded by lush greenery. The yard/landscaping was pristine and beautifully maintained. Everything inside felt brand new, and every imaginable appliance was provided. It very comfortably slept 4 of us, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. This is a very special property that epitomizes "Cape Cod" style.

Bobs house was amazing. Extremely clean, very tasteful decorations, quiet, peaceful with beautiful views outside and a warm, home-like atmosphere inside. Close to so many great spots. Our group was extremely happy with everything provided from towels/linens to kitchen ware. They supply you with everything you would need. Bob was very transparent and straight forward. He answered any questions you had and his wife Donna was very thorough when she greeted us at check in. She went over everything and gave us great recommendations for dining/things to do! I would say if you're ever looking for a place to stay in this area, book with them! Had a memorable time, thank you again!

The house itself is lovely! It's beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the private deck looking out on to the river and the boardwalk close by to end our days with a walk. The location is super convenient! Private, yet situated closely to beaches and major dining and shopping centers. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

Would not hesitate to book this location again!

Comfortable 3/2 in the middle of the Cape, The location is pretty private and very cool & peaceful being on the Lake/Pond with the bird watching etc.

Beautiful home and even more beautiful views of Swan Pond. Mother Nature put on a beautiful Fall show. The inside was the perfect size for our family, nicely renovated, and tastefully decorated. Very easy. Plus, there's a boardwalk around the corner, which was fun. Happy to have found this spot on the Cape!
