We have rented in the South Yarmouth area for almost ten years and have never stayed in a more beautiful, comfortable and gorgeous property! We agree with the previous review that the photos do not do this home justice! It's incredible!

This new construction home fit our extended family ages 4-71 beautifully! There was ample parking. The appliances, furniture and decor were new, clean and thoughtfully used in the design of the house. The sectional in the living room comfortably fit 10 after spending long days on South Middle Beach. We loved the outdoor shower, front porch rockers, the second living room for the kids, the beverage fridge, two kitchen sinks, the deck and the fire pit area! The owners have thought of everything! From baby gates on the deck, to any utensil, gadget and dish in the kitchen, Bose speakers, extra blankets and pillows, hampers in every room, beach chairs, toys and a beach cart! The Blackstone and grill on the deck made for a lot of fun cookouts with the family! The fenced in yard made for a lot of fun playtime for the kids without worry. The backyard faces a beautiful marsh area with cattails and wild flowers.

Stop And Shop, Shaws, restaurants and pharmacies are all a quick drive away. We walked to Skipper for dinner, ice cream and even did a quick chowder pick up to go with one of our grilled dinners.

Communication with the owners was easy and they had great recommendations for entertainment and things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property to large families and will be booking again next summer! show more show less

We just returned home from a week on the Cape a few hours ago, and I feel compelled to share our extremely positive experience. Our family took a bit of a leap of faith given the lack of reviews on WeNeedaVacation, but the pictures were beautiful and the property description fit our needs. Suffice to say that the pictures don't do the house justice: it is stunning! Everything we could possibly need was at the house. Everything either was or felt brand new. The property's walkability to the beach (we loved South Middle Beach), proximity to many things to do (Stop & Shop and CVS extremely close; loved Three Fins Coffee in Dennis, Skipper Chowder House and Yarmouth House a short drive away, and an easy drive to Hyannis), and the extremely helpful / responsive owners made for a perfect vacation. Our family created many wonderful memories during our week in South Yarmouth, and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again! show more show less
