This newly remodeled retreat boasts three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom two offers a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin bed, while bedroom three provides two twin over full bunk beds. The spacious living room features a large sectional and multiple chairs for relaxing together in the evenings after a long day of fun. The basement level offers a cozy bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed for even more sleeping space. The basement living room also includes a versatile sectional that can be converted into a sleeper sofa or enjoyed as a relaxing family room by the TV.

Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, furnished with all the essential equipment you'll need for dining in. If you prefer dining out, you'll find a myriad of options just a few minutes drive away. Additionally, the basement offers a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer, a game zone complete with a Ping Pong table, and an additional living room.

Steeped in history and cherished by our family for over sixty years, this home was built with love by our grandparents, George and Pearl. Throughout the property, you'll discover numerous oil on canvas works by the late local South Yarmouth artist, Robert Lantz, who lived in this home for many years. We invite you to create your own cherished memories in this space that has witnessed generations of joy and laughter.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire property, excluding the garage. The back shed provides a traditional charcoal grill with grilling supplies, a beach blanket, beach toys, and beach chairs for your convenience. Relax on the deck in the backyard with plenty of patio furniture.

Please note that George and Pearl's Cape Cottage has window air conditioning. On warmer Cape Cod summer days, you can also open the windows to welcome the refreshing sea breeze, which typically works wonders in keeping the home cool. read more show less
