Nicely updated open concept cottage with spectacular views overlooking marsh and water. Situated in quaint South Sea Village only 3/4 of a mile from Seagull Beach. This home features great outdoor seating perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is a nice size yard, outdoor shower, newer fully equipped eat in kitchen, updated bath, and a large family room with walls of windows. There is also a desk with monitor and optimal views making this a great place to work remotely. The home features central AC, WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a gas grill.

This home has one bedroom with a queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (twin on top, full mattress on bottom). Both bedrooms have closets. Bedding and bath towels are included.

South Sea Village is a community of cottages with several amenities. There is a tennis court, swing set, 1/2 court basketball, and a small dock for launching kayaks. The 5 mph speed limit and roads made of sand and gravel make it s safe place for kids to walk or bike.

West Yarmouth is centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to many restaurants and family activities. Several kid favorites include the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, The Whydah Pirate Museum, Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Skull Island Adventure Golf - Sports World, Animal Lagoon Mini Golf, and Putters Paradise Mini Golf. Yarmouth also has two public golf courses (Bass River featuring 18 holes and Bayberry Hills featuring 27 holes).
West Yarmouth is also a 3 mile drive to all Hyannis has to offer. Main St Hyannis features many great restaurants and plenty of shopping. There are several waterfront dining options nearby as well. The Cape Cod Mall, Regal Movie Theater, and Cape Cod Melody Tent are also within 5 miles.

For those looking to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket the Steamship Authority and HyLine ferry service departs Hyannis Harbor several times a day.

    Lovely getaway in Old Cape Cod style

    My sister and I had a lovely getaway weekend at this adorable cottage in Yarmouth. The location was beautiful and exceptionally quiet. The pictures are very accurate and capture the beautiful water and scenery. We found the kitchen area to be very complete with most everything one might need. Beds are comfy. There was quite a bit of extra cabinet space to bring additional cookware if you were to stay for a longer period. The owners could not have been nicer and exceptionally accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to coming back to this precious cottage in an area very reminiscent of old Cape Cod. show more show less

    The most wonderful summer stay!

    We had a truly perfect stay at this house! The location is excellent—conveniently close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Even though you're just off one of the main roads, it feels completely private and secluded, with other charming cottages around. It was nice and quiet for a peaceful stay. The spectacular view and abundance of natural light made the house feel bright and inviting. The blend of modern updates with Cape Cod charm was beautifully done. We enjoyed the deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, and grill—every amenity was thoughtfully provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the upgraded bathroom, with two shower options, was a great touch. Our family of four never felt crowded. Additionally, the owners are exceptional hosts and delightful people. David went above and beyond ensuring we had the perfect stay, and he takes so much pride in the home. I'm grateful we connected with him and his fabulous wife. We're so glad we found this property and can't wait to return! show more show less
