Absolutely beautiful location, very clean, easy check in, would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing getaway! Would definitely book again!!

We had a fantastic stay at Samantha's oceanfront vacation home at Cape Cod! Right from the start, Samantha was very responsive, providing all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. The home itself is as described, but even better in person. It's impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, which made us feel right at home.
The interior is very well designed with comfy beds that had us sleeping soundly after our beach days. We especially loved the cute touches like the folded towels, which added a special hotel-like charm. The proximity to the beach was the highlight—stepping out directly onto the private beach was a dream come true.
It comfortably accommodated me and my three friends, and we all agreed it was an excellent choice for our weekend getaway. Whether it was waking up to the soothing sounds of the waves or having easy access to beachside activities, everything was perfect. We highly recommend Samantha's place for anyone looking for a serene beach vacation!

We really enjoyed this place. Stayed here for my wife's bday, it was a "milestone" so, I was looking for something special and this place checked all the boxes. We were there in the off season, so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house was very clean, cozy, inviting, with a beautiful view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Samantha was top notch, informative and responsive. She even reached out to let us know we'd left something behind before we had left the area, so we were able to return and retrieve it. Such a perfect gem of a home! We adored our stay at Samantha's cottage. We needed a peaceful getaway so we could just be and get through a few sad anniversaries, and her home was like a warm hug to us. As soon as you pull up, the adorableness of the cottage, the gorgeousness of the ocean, and the peacefulness of the dune that the home is adjacent to wash over you. The cottage has everything you need, and once we arrived we didn't leave until checkout! The kitchen is well-stocked, the master bed is super comfy, the deck furniture is awesome, and the living room layout is perfect for taking in the view. And the view! It's absolutely stunning. We loved watching the ocean and the light change colors throughout the day. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck each day, and felt so lucky to be there. Just spent a week at this house and already want to go back, my family says it was the best week of the summer! The house is roomier than I originally thought from the pictures, it's spotlessly clean and the furniture is all new and comfortable. Obviously the highlight is the huge private beach right in the back yard. It was also fun to be steps away from a great restaurant (The Skipper) and the Red Jacket beach bar.

The views of the ocean were stupendous. The inside of the home was bright and immaculate. The accommodations were beyond my expectations in comfort. The home was both luxurious and comfy at the same time. I'll be back.

We had a great vacation at this amazing house RIGHT on the beach! We watched the ocean from the porch every day and walked the beautiful, quiet beach. The house was newly renovated and was comfortable, clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.
